Cup of Joe Eh! is a medium roast with a nutty flavour, smoky aroma, and rich character. Its smooth taste and pleasantly warming mouthfeel make it a satisfying choice for your everyday coffee ritual.
Blended by our Master Roaster using organic, fairly traded coffee, shade grown in the San Pedro region of northwestern Honduras at approximately 5,500 feet. The beans are washed before roasting.

Brewing tips
Start with 2 tablespoons of ground coffee per 180 mL (6 oz) of water, then adjust to taste. Use a coarse grind for French press, medium for drip, and medium-fine for pour-over. For the freshest flavour, grind just before brewing and store your beans in an airtight container away from heat and light.
Keeping your coffee fresh
Store your coffee in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Avoid the fridge, where moisture and odours can affect the flavour. If you buy whole beans, grind only what you need just before brewing.
