Our house Espresso is a dark roast with a slightly smoky aroma and flavour, good acidity, and a soft mouthfeel. Choose it if you enjoy deeply roasted flavour with balance rather than a one-note cup.
Made with organic, Fair Trade coffee from the San Pedro region of northwestern Honduras. These washed beans are grown at approximately 5,500 feet.

Brewing tips
Start with 2 tablespoons of ground coffee per 180 mL (6 oz) of water, then adjust to taste. Use a coarse grind for French press, medium for drip, and medium-fine for pour-over. For the freshest flavour, grind just before brewing and store your beans in an airtight container away from heat and light.
Keeping your coffee fresh
Store your coffee in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Avoid the fridge, where moisture and odours can affect the flavour. If you buy whole beans, grind only what you need just before brewing.
