Brewing tips
Start with 2 tablespoons of ground coffee per 180 mL (6 oz) of water, then adjust to taste. Use a coarse grind for French press, medium for drip, and medium-fine for pour-over. For the freshest flavour, grind just before brewing and store your beans in an airtight container away from heat and light.
Keeping your coffee fresh
Store your coffee in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Avoid the fridge, where moisture and odours can affect the flavour. If you buy whole beans, grind only what you need just before brewing.
What our customers say
This is my favourite coffee. Strong, but not too strong. We’ve been drinking it for years. It’s what I think about when I crave my morning coffee.
