All our coffee is small batch micro-roasted daily. This is a hands on rather than a mechanical approach, which is achieved by fine-tuning the roasting process batch by batch while taking into account the individual characteristics of each specific bean.
Freshly roasted coffee is always at its best when brewed within 14 days of roasting. That is considered the optimal storage life. We know that you want your coffee fresh.
